Archived Locks

Archived Locks:  Locks in one of the statuses below that are no longer active for regular facility use:
  • Damaged
  • Lost
  • Unscannable
  • Sold

Archived locks will not appear in the standard Manage Locks view on the web portal or the Locks view in the mobile app. Owners and Admins can view archived locks in the web portal in the Archived Locks tab.

  1. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
  2. Click Locks.
  3. Navigate to the Archived Locks tab.

All users can search for a lock by serial code from the Dashboard on web or mobile. To search for a lock:

  1. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
  2. Go to the Dashboard.
  3. Search for the lock using the serial code engraved on the lock.

If you are not an Admin or Owner, you can view the lock’s serial code and status. If you need access to additional lock details or need the lock updated, contact your account Admin.

Why can’t I see a lock in Manage Locks?

If a lock is not visible under Manage Locks on the web portal or in the Locks view on mobile, check whether the lock has one of the archived statuses: Damaged, Lost, Unscannable, or Sold.

Admins and Owners can confirm archived lock details from the Archived Locks tab. Other users can search by serial code from the Dashboard and contact their Admin if additional access is needed.
