Change Facility

The Change Facility option allows customers to switch to a different facility while using Tenant Connect®. Changing facilities updates the Tenant Connect experience to match the selected location.

1. Select Change Facility from the bottom navigation bar. Use Change Facility anytime you need to switch to a different location, such as when:

   • You're viewing the wrong facility.
   • You have units at multiple facilities.
   • You need to access a different location.
     

2. On the Select Facility screen, you can:

   • Search for a facility by name.
   • Select a nearby facility.

3. Choose the facility you want to use.

4. After selecting a facility, Tenant Connect displays information and features for that location, including:
   
   • Available tenant services
   • Contact information
   • Gate and door access
   • Facility-specific settings
