Integrate a Facility with Monument

To connect your DaVinci Lock® facility to Monument:

1. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account. 

2. Before integrating an existing facility, add a payment method and review your invoice groups. Integrated facilities are automatically assigned to the Default invoice group unless you choose to assign them to a different group. Please note that starting the integration will enroll the facility in a subscription.

3. Call or email Monument customer support (integrationsupport@monument.io):
   • Request the Facility ID for each facility you want to connect.
   • Request the facility API Keys for each facility you want to connect.
   • Request the Base URL for each facility you want to connect.
4. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
5. Click “Facilities” and add a facility or locate the facility to be updated.  Select the Edit Facility pencil icon in the Actions column. Do not select the facility name. 

      6.  Select "Monument" as the facility management software and add the Facility ID, API             Key, and Base URL from Monument.

      7.  Click “Submit” to save. 

1. 1. If successful, you will receive a notification stating “Facility successfully updated”.
   2. If unsuccessful, you will receive a notification stating “Facility successfully updated. However, the entered Monument Facility ID could not be resolved.”. If this happens, double check the Facility API Key was entered correctly. If it was, you will need to reach out to Monument support to confirm that the DaVinci Lock® Integration was turned on correctly.

Congratulations! DaVinci Lock® is now connected to Monument.
