Contact Us
The Contact Us option allows customers and tenants to contact the facility directly from Tenant Connect®. The contact options available may vary depending on the facility's Tenant Connect settings.

From the Tenant Connect home screen, select Contact Us, available from screens:
- New Customers
- Existing Customers
- Review the facility information to confirm the correct facility is being contacted.
- Facility name
- Facility address
- Choose a contact method. Depending on the facility's settings, one or more contact options may be available:
- Email Us — Opens your device's default email application so you can send an email to the facility.
- Facility Phone Number — Displays the facility's phone number so you can call the facility directly.
- Contact the facility.
- Choosing Email Us prompts the device to select an email application before composing your message.
- If a Phone Number is displayed, use it to contact the facility directly.
