Gate Access Hours

Gate access hours for must be manually set for each facility using G.O.A.T., as they do not automatically sync from your facility management software (FMS). To set up gate access hours:

1. Sign in to your Tenant Connect® account.
2. Click "Gate Management", click the blue arrow next to the facility to be updated with gate access hours.
3. Click "Gate Access Hours", and enable or disable the 24-hour access toggle.
   
   
4. When 24-hour access is toggled off, manually select the dates and times.
5. Click "Save Changes".
