Upon arrival at a facility entry point, tenants will be prompted to scan the QR code for gate access.
- Tenant scans the QR code for entry.
- Via one-time verification, the tenant is prompted to verify the phone number on their account the first time they use the QR code. Subsequent visits will bypass verification.
3. Primary up-to-date tenants will be granted gate access. Secondary tenants are prompted for the gate access code associated with the primary tenants account.
Depending on your facility management software (FMS), the addition of "*" or "#" to the gate access field may prompt an error. Add the gate access code exactly as it appears in the FMS.

4. Delinquent tenants are prompted to pay past-due balances and will be authorized for gate access.
