The Auto Messages Report provides insights about automated tenant notifications from paid delinquent units and new rentals. See which tenants have received notifications and the status of the notification including Delivered, In Progress, Undelivered, and Opted Out. The report drills down to include:
- Tenant information (facility name, unit, serial code)
- Date & time of a notification
- Delivered via (SMS, email)
- Type of message sent (new rental, delinquency)
- Delivery status (delivered, undelivered, failed)
