Rent a Space

The Rent a Space option allows new customers and existing tenants to begin the rental process from Tenant Connect®. The rental experience is hosted by the facility's website and may vary by location.

1. Select Rent a Space from either the:

   1. New Customers screen - rent their first unit
   2. Existing Customers screen - rent an additional unit

2. After selecting Rent a Space, Tenant Connect opens the facility's rental page.

    

3. Complete the rental - steps may vary depending on the facility's rental flow. 

   • Select an available unit
   • Enter your information
   • Complete the rental process
