Integrate with SSM Cloud

To integrate Tenant Connect® to Self Storage Manager Cloud (SSM Cloud):

1. Sign in to SSM Cloud with your credentials.
2. Enable the DaVinci Lock API user in SSM Cloud by navigating to Admin > Security > 3^rd Party User Access > DaVinci. If the DaVinci user is not available, email SSM Cloud Support to request they enable user setup plus:
   
   • Request the facility ID, base URL, and password
     
3. In the "Assign API" dropdown, enable:
   • /api/CallPotential/GetPrePayExistingDues
   • /api/OnlineRental/GetAllUnits
   • /api/OnlineRental/GetLeaseGateAccessInfo
   • /api/OnlineRental/GetTenantUnitLeaseDetails

   • /api/OnlineRental/GetUnitsList

1. • /api/OnlineRental/ProcessPayment
   • /api/OnlineRental/UpdateAutoPayInformation
   • /api/OnlineReservation/GetLocationList
   • /api/Payments/GetLocationList
   • /api/Payments/GetTenantLeaseDetailsByPhoneXPS

  4.   In the "Assign Stores" dropdown, assign the facilities.

  5.   Sign in to your Tenant Connect® account.

  6.   Click "Integrations", click "Add integration".

  7.   Select "SSM Cloud" from the dropdown, and add the base URL and password from SSM  Cloud.

  8.   Click "Submit".
