The View Combination Requests Report, available with a Plus+ or Premium subscription, provides insights into which DaVinci Lock users are requesting unlock codes for locks set to the "Tenant Using Lock" or "Assigned Auction" statuses. For increased visibility and security into your DaVinci Lock operations, the report identifies:
- Serial number of locks whose codes have been viewed
- Number of times the code was viewed
- Average number of view requests by day and facility
- Number of times the request to view was approved
- Users with high request rates
