Tenant Connect:

 Improved Gate Access Report enhancements

  ◦ Gate Access Code column now shows the code entered

  ◦ User types now show who accessed the gate

• User Types:
  • Authorized Tenant: User has a rental based on phone number
  • Vendor: User is classified as Vendor based on user entering a code found in the vendor table
  • Operator: Owner or Admin user of the operator portal
  • Call Center Agent: Call Center Agent role using the operator portal
  • Installer: User of the Installer app
  • Unknown: Could not identify user as tenant, vendor, operator or installer. User entered in a tenant or tenant contact code.

  ◦ Command types now show what action was taken

   ▪ Open, Hold Open, Close, Reset, and Test actions

  ◦ Source now shows how the gate was accessed

   ▪ QR code, Text-to-Open, app screen, GOAT Installer, or system action
