Tenants can retrieve the combination(s) for DaVinci Locks® on their unit(s) using OverlockRelease.com. Tenants who have a balance on their account will be prompted to pay their balance before retrieving their code(s). To gain access to a unit, three conditions must be met:
- The tenant must know the company and the facility where the tenant is an active renter.
- The tenant must have access to the email address and phone number linked to their account. After entering their contact details on OverlockRelease.com, a verification code will be sent via SMS to the registered phone number. OverlockRelease.com will prompt the tenant for the code to proceed.
- If and only if the tenant is delinquent, they must pay the full balance on their account, for all outstanding units. If payment is not processed, OverlockRelease.com will not send the combination(s) to the tenant.
To retrieve the combination(s) via OverlockRelease.com:
- Visit OverlockRelease.com.
- Click “Start".
3. Add the 8-digit serial code(s) found on the lock(s) on the unit(s).
4. Add the username used for the facility's online portal or the phone number associated with the account.
5. Add the 6-digit verification code sent via SMS to the phone number associated with the account.
6. The combinations(s) will be displayed.
