Connect a Facility to Hummingbird

To connect your DaVinci Lock® facility to Hummingbird:

  1. Email info@davincilock.com to enroll in a subscription tier.
  2. Sign in to Tenant's app subscription portal and click the 9-dot icon from the left tree. 

3. Click "Subscription Request", search for DaVinci Lock, and activate the integration.

4. Sign in to Tenant's website portal and locate the "GDS Facility ID" found in the "Website" settings. If you do not have access to the website portal, contact Tenant/Hummingbird for the GDS Facility ID.

5. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.

6. Click “Facilities” and add a facility or locate the facility to be updated.

7. Select "Hummingbird" as the facility management software and add the “GDS Facility ID".

8. Click “Submit” to save. 

  • If successful, you will receive a notification stating “Facility successfully updated”.
  • If unsuccessful, you will receive a notification stating “Facility successfully updated. However, the entered Hummingbird Facility ID could not be resolved.”. If this happens, double-check the Facility API Key was entered correctly. If it was, you will need to reach out to Hummingbird support to confirm that the DaVinci Lock® Integration was turned on correctly.

Congratulations! DaVinci Lock® is now connected to Hummingbird.
