Integrate a Facility with Self Storage Manager Cloud (SSM Cloud)

To connect your DaVinci Lock® facility to Self Storage Manager Cloud (SSM Cloud) :

1. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.

2. Before integrating an existing facility, add a payment method and review your invoice groups. Integrated facilities are automatically assigned to the Default invoice group unless you choose to assign them to a different group. Please note that starting the integration will enroll the facility in a subscription.

3. Enable the DaVinci Lock API user in SSM Cloud by navigating to Admin > Security > 3^rd Party User Access > DaVinci. If the DaVinci user is not available, email SSM Cloud Support to request they enable user setup plus:

• • Request the facility ID, base URL, and password

4. In the "Assign API" dropdown, enable:

• • /api/CallPotential/GetPrePayExistingDues
  • /api/OnlineRental/GetAllUnits
  • /api/OnlineRental/GetLeaseGateAccessInfo
  • /api/OnlineRental/GetTenantUnitLeaseDetails
  • /api/OnlineRental/GetUnitsList
  • /api/OnlineRental/ProcessPayment
  • /api/OnlineRental/UpdateAutoPayInformation
  • /api/OnlineReservation/GetLocationList
  • /api/Payments/GetLocationList
  • /api/Payments/GetTenantLeaseDetailsByPhoneXPS

5. In the "Assign Stores" dropdown, assign the facilities.

6. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.

7. Click “Facilities” and add a facility or locate the facility to be updated.  Select the Edit Facility pencil icon in the Actions column. Do not select the facility name. The facility name must match the facility name as it appears in SSM Cloud.

8. Select "SSM Cloud" as the facility management software and add the “Facility ID”, "base URL", and the password from Self Storage Manager.

9. Click “Submit” to save. 

10. Create a DaVinci Lock API Key.  Add a name for the API- we suggest using the facility name. When prompted to assign facility permission, assign only one API key per facility.

12. Confirm the "include in API" is toggled on for each key.

13.  In SSM Cloud, navigate to Admin > Facility > Facility Info > Select the Facility >      Integrations. In the "Integrating System" dropdown, select DaVinci and add:

• API URL: https://davincilock.com/api
• API Key from step 9
• API Secret from step 9

 14.  Click "Previous" to save.

 15.  Navigate to Admin > Marketing > Webhook Subscription.

• If DaVinci provider records already exist, they can be selected and the new facilities can be assigned.
•  If DaVinci provider records do not exist, they will need to be created. When creating new webhooks, complete facility assignment once settings have been added and saved.

    • Event: REMOVE FROM UNIT OVERLOCK
    • Deactivate: Unchecked
