      Connect a Facility to SiteLink

      To connect your DaVinci Lock® facility to SiteLink:

      1. Email info@davincilock.com to enroll in a subscription tier.
      2. Sign in to SiteLink with your credentials.
      3. Click the “Corporate Control Center” icon.
      4. Click “Permissions: API Users and Rights”.
      5. Create a new API user specific to the DaVinci Lock® integration.

       6.  Adjust the settings:

      • Check “All sites”
      • Check “API Reports” 
      • Check “API Regular”
      • Create a “User Name”
      • Create a “Password”, and select password expiration settings
      • Allow “Log on times”- 7 days a week, 24-hour access
      • Note the “Corporate Code”
      • Note the “Location Code” from “Store Information” for each facility

      7. Review the Logon Security box to determine requirements around credit card security standards and forced password reset every 90 days. Click "Save".

      8. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.

      9. Click “Facilities” and add a facility or locate the facility to be updated.

      10. Select "SiteLink" as the facility management software and add the “Corporate Code”, “Location Code”, “Corporate Username”, and “Corporate Password” from SiteLink.

      11. Click “Submit” to save. 

      • If successful, you will receive a notification stating “Facility successfully updated”.
      • If unsuccessful, you will receive a notification stating “Facility successfully updated. However, the entered SiteLink Facility ID could not be resolved”. If this happens, confirm the API User has both API Regular and API All Reports permissions checked. If they do, then make sure the information you provided was correct.

      12. To ensure tenants receive SMS notifications from DaVinci Lock® with unlock codes for new unit rentals or following payment of a delinquent balance, log in to SiteLink, click "Company", then "Setup". In the "Site Setup" panel, click "Tenant Defaults", navigate to the "Primary Address" panel, and update settings: 

      • Check the box for "Mobile Phone".
      • Enter "001" for the "Mobile Country Code".
      • Check the box for "SMS Opt in".
      • Click "Save" for "Save Country Code and SMS Opt-in To All Tenants".
      • Click "OK".

      Congratulations! DaVinci Lock® is now connected to SiteLink.
