- What is the value of enrolling in a DaVinci Lock® Subscription?
- Each tier unlocks unique value to your facility. Most importantly, all tiers allow your tenants to receive automated messaging to gain access to their unit. There are also a variety of other features within the DaVinci Lock® Plus+ and DaVinci Lock® Premium subscriptions that save upfront costs and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- When can I enroll in a subscription?
- Beginning January 30, 2024 account owners will be able to enroll in the preferred subscription that best suits the needs of your company.
- How do I enroll in a DaVinci Lock® subscription?
- Email us at info@davincilock.com and a member of our team will get you set up with your DaVinci Lock® subscription.
- Do I have to enroll in a subscription to continue using DaVinci Lock®?
- In order to keep your integration with your facility management software, you must be enrolled in a DaVinci Lock® subscription. If you are not enrolled, automated messaging and emails will not be sent to your users.
- Can I still use my locks if I do not choose a subscription?
- Yes. You can still use your DaVinci Locks® if you are not on a monthly subscription. If you are not on a monthly subscription, you cannot take advantage of integration functionality within the platform.
- Can I enroll some facilities on Basic and some on Plus+ or Premium?
- No, all facilities must be enrolled in the same tier.
- Can I pay month-to-month or am I required to lock in a contract?
- Subscriptions will recur on a month-to-month basis. However you will need to provide 20-day notice to make any changes on your company’s subscription.
- Is a credit card required, or can we pay via Check or ACH?
- Credit card can be set up easily for your monthly recurring fees. If you have any questions or special requests, please contact info@davincilock.com.
- Can I change my subscription tier?
- Yes. You can change your subscription tier with 20-day notice. If you take advantage of the lock discount on the DaVinci Lock® Plus or Premium plan and then move to Basic or remove your subscription altogether, you will have to pay the difference in the cost of the locks.
- If I choose to cancel my subscription, when do I need to give notice?
- DaVinci Lock® requires 20-day notice to cancel your subscription. We do not prorate or refund partial months.
