To edit facilities in your account:
- Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
- Click “Facilities” and locate the facility to be updated.
3. Edit the facility accordingly. Adjustments that can be made to a facility include:
- Name updates
- Information updates
- Address updates
- Facility Management Software (FMS) updates
- Facility transfer
4. Click “Submit” to save.
At this time, you cannot delete a facility from your DaVinci Lock® account. For assistance with deleting the facility, email the support team at support@davincilock.com with your contact and facility information. To delete a facility, no locks can be digitally stored at the facility. Transfer any existing locks to another facility before contacting the support team.
