DaVinci Lock® supports integration with facility management software (FMS) with StorEDGE, SiteLink, Easy Storage Solutions (ESS), DoorSwap (formerly DomicoCloud), Hummingbird, 6Storage, Self Storage Manager (SSM) (Cloud & Legacy), and Web Self Storage (WSS).
When a facility is integrated with your FMS, DaVinci Lock® will support the following:
All platforms:
- Access to the DaVinci Lock® software to retrieve the most up-to-date information for a unit's lock assignment.
- Upon assigning a lock, DaVinci Lock® will record the unlock combination in the unit notes in StorEDGE which allows staff to easily access the combination without having to use multiple pieces of software.
- Access to https://OverlockRelease.com which allows tenants to pay for their delinquent unit(s) and independently receive unlock combination(s) to the lock(s) on their unit(s), via SMS or email.
- When tenants pay for their delinquent unit(s) or rent a new unit(s), DaVinci Lock® will send them a notification via SMS or email with the unlock combination to the lock(s) on their unit(s). To ensure tenants receive notifications, be sure they are opted into SMS. Notification history is recorded in the tenant notes.
- When assigning locks to unit(s), you will be presented with the list of unit(s) from your FMS, less any that are excluded from the API. Review StorEDGE to verify that the unit in the Facility Settings & Unit Settings is rentable and not excluded from the API.
- When attempting to assign an overlock to unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not delinquent and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.
- When attempting to assign a lock to a vacant unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not vacant and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.
- DaVinci Lock® combinations can be found in the UNITS > Combination Lock Number field. The field only supports one combination at a time and the most recently assigned lock will be displayed. Once the lock is removed from the unit, the second most recently assigned lock, if assigned, will be displayed. If no locks are assigned to the unit, the field will be updated to reflect “None”.
SiteLink:
- Upon assigning a lock, DaVinci Lock® will record the unlock combination in the unit notes in SiteLink which allows staff to easily access the combination without having to use multiple pieces of software.
- Access to https://OverlockRelease.com which allows tenants to pay for their delinquent unit(s) and independently receive unlock combination(s) to the lock(s) on their unit(s), via SMS or email.

DaVinci Lock® combinations can be found in the two fields for occupied units, the individual unit view and customer unit view, and in the unit note for vacant units. Hovering over a unit on the map screen displays the serial number + combination. Clicking on a unit from on map screen displays the serial number + combination + unit status. The filed is formatted to read “UnlockCode: lock serial number: unlock code”. Multiple entries may exist if multiple locks are assigned to the unit.

- When assigning locks to unit(s), you will be presented with the list of unit(s) from your FMS, less any that are excluded from the API.
- When attempting to assign an overlock to unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not delinquent and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.
- When attempting to assign a lock to a vacant unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not vacant and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.

DaVinci Lock® combinations can be found in the Tenant Account > Settings > Unlock Code field. The field is formatted to read “For SerialCode XXXXXXXX the Unlock Code is XXXX”.

- When assigning locks to unit(s), you will be presented with the list of unit(s) from your FMS, less any that are excluded from the API.

DaVinci Lock® combinations for occupied units can be found in the Spaces > Unit Number > Tenant Profile > DaVinci Locks field. DaVinci Lock® combinations for unoccupied units are not currently stored in the Hummingbird software. To locate a combination for an unoccupied unit, log into your DaVinci Lock® account and search for the lock by serial code or unit number.
- Upon assigning a lock, 6Storage can record the serial number and unlock combination in the tenants profile with a manual transfer of the information by a facility operator. This allows staff to easily access the combination within the 6Storage software.
- When tenants pay for their delinquent unit(s), 6Storage will send them the unlock combination to the lock(s) on their unit(s) if the serial number(s) and unlock combination(s) were uploaded to the tenants profile and auto notification set up at the time of overlock.
- When assigning locks to unit(s), you will be presented with the list of unit(s) from your FMS, less any that are excluded from the API.
- When attempting to assign an overlock to unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not delinquent and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.
- When attempting to assign a lock to a vacant unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not vacant and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.

DaVinci Lock® combinations do not automatically transfer to 6Storage. To locate a combination, log into your DaVinci Lock® account and search for the lock by serial code or unit number. The serial number and combination associated with a specific unit must be manually added in the tenants profile > "Overlock System".
- When tenants rent a new unit, Self Storage Manager will send them the unlock combination to the lock(s) on their unit(s).
- Upon assigning a lock, Self Storage Manager will record the serial number and unlock combination. This allows staff to easily access the combination within the Self Storage Manager software. Use the "Get Padlock" feature to easily retrieve the code.
- DaVinci Lock® combinations can be found in two fields, the individual unit view and customer unit view > “Pad lock Code” field. Use the "Get Padlock Code" to reveal the serial number and combination.
Self Storage Manager Cloud:
- Upon assigning a lock, DaVinci Lock® will record the unlock combination in lock info within the tenants account in Self Storage Manager which allows staff to easily access the combination without having to use multiple pieces of software.
- When tenants pay for their delinquent unit(s) or rent a new unit(s), DaVinci Lock® will send them a notification via SMS or email with the unlock combination to the lock(s) on their unit(s).
- When assigning locks to unit(s), you will be presented with the list of unit(s) from your FMS, less any that are excluded from the API.
- When attempting to assign an overlock to unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not delinquent and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.
- When attempting to assign a lock to a vacant unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not vacant and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.

Web Self Storage:
- When tenants pay for their delinquent unit(s) or rent a new unit(s), DaVinci Lock® will send them a notification via SMS or email with the unlock combination to the lock(s) on their unit(s).
- When assigning locks to unit(s), you will be presented with the list of unit(s) from your FMS, less any that are excluded from the API.
- When attempting to assign an overlock to unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not delinquent and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.
- When attempting to assign a lock to a vacant unit, DaVinci Lock® will recognize if the unit is not vacant and display a warning message. You can bypass this message as needed.
