Facility Management Software Health Status

To check the integration status of facilities in your account:

1. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
2. On the dashboard, an overview of the health of the integration with the facility management software will be displayed.
3. To edit the integration, click the pencil icon next to the name of the facility.
4. To manually test the integration, click "Test". Periodic automatic testing occurs when making lock assignments.
