Lock Status Automation

With a Basic subscription, locks in the "Assigned Overlock" status will automatically update to “Returned to Dropbox” when a tenant pays their delinquent balance. Locks in the "Assigned Vacant" status will remain in the "Assigned Vacant" status following a new move-in.

With a Plus+ or Premium subscription, a lock's status can be automated to update to a new status following a new move-in or upon payment of a delinquent balance. 

To set up custom lock automations:

1. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
2. Click "Automations", navigate to the "Lock Status Change" tab. 

3. Update the status to the desired behavior for vacant units & overlocked units post tenant-notification. Automations apply to all facilities within the company account.

4. Click "Save Changes".
