A locks status can be updated to reflect one of the following:

Tenant Using Lock* | The lock has been given to a tenant and they are using it as their lock. | Assigned |
Damaged | The lock is damaged in some way and cannot be used. | Unassigned |
Unscannable | The lock is unscannable and is not being used. | Unassigned |
On Dropbox | The lock is securing a drop box. | Assigned |
Assigned Other | The lock is being used in another capacity not listed. | Assigned |
Assigned Vendor | The lock is being used by a vendor. | Assigned |
*As a security feature, unlock codes for locks in the "tenant using lock" status display ****, designed to limit access to unlock codes based on user role. All users, except client personnel, can retrieve the unlock code by clicking on the eye. Any time an unlock code for a lock in the "tenant using lock" status is retrieved, a record will appear in the lock's log history.
