Transfer a Lock

All DaVinci locks can be transferred between facilities. To complete a transfer, the locks status must reflect “Available”, “Lost”, or “Damaged”.

To transfer a lock to another facility:

1. Open the DaVinci Lock® app on a mobile device.
2. Tap “Locks”, navigate to the "Manage" tab.

3. From the dropdown, select the facility.

4. Locate the lock to be transferred by manually entering or scanning the lock’s serial code using the camera.

5. Tap "Transfer to Facility" and select the receiving facility from the dropdown.

6. Tap "Confirm & Update" to save.

7. Sync any changes.
