      Open Tech Integration

      If you use OpenTech Alliance™ INSOMNIAC™ Live! Call Center or access control via INSOMNIAC CIA, you can take advantage of their integration with DaVinci Lock®.

      INSOMNIAC Live!

      • While on a call, agents are able to view unlock codes for locks that are assigned to a tenants unit. They can provide these codes out as necessary over the phone.

      INSOMNIAC CIA

      • Currently only available for facilities using SiteLink.
      • When a tenant uses a keypad to enter a property, CIA confirms if the unit they are accessing has a DaVinci Lock® assigned to it. If it does, CIA texts the unlock code and lock return instructions to the tenant.
      • Tenants can receive codes for recently rented vacant units as well as recently delinquent units that have been paid for.
