Deprecated Functionality: The Overlock Release Portal is a legacy feature that is being phased out. Tenant Connect will replace the Overlock Release Portal and provide tenants with an updated experience for making payments and retrieving lock combinations.

Payments made and processed via OverlockRelease.com are completed through the payment processor of your integrated facility management software's (FMS) API.

Will DaVinci Lock® have access to credit card information?

OverlockRelease.com does not allow a tenant to enter any credit card information and instead relies on the tenant having a saved payment method in their account (the card the tenant has on file in your FMS). Any information DaVinci Lock® receives from your FMS is masked and cannot be used by anything other than your facility management software. Masked credit card data is never stored by DaVinci Lock®.
