Tenant Connect
Added report- New QR Code Scans for visibility into tenant use of posted facility QR codes. 
  • A count preview is available on Dashboard
  • A comprehensive report including facility, access point, date, time, and tenant phone number is available using the "View Details" link

G.O.A.T. System

Updated hardware type as a requirement when saving changes to a gate.

Added support for filtering the Gate Health Status report by Name.

Added support for non-tenants when trying to access a G.O.A.T. gate on the Tenant Connect portal:

  1. Select a facility and a gate
  2. Non-tenant is prompted for a phone number
  3. If a valid OTP is entered, gate access can be requested by entering a valid OTP,
  4. If within the vicinity of the gate, non-tenant is prompted to enter a gate code
  5. If the code is correct, gate opens. If the code is incorrect, non-tenant is prompted again.
  6. If an incorrect gate code is entered three times, the non-tenant is locked out for 30 minutes.
