Create a Subdomain, Customize Branding, & Enroll Facilities

To create a subdomain: 

  1. Sign in to your Tenant Connect® account.
  2. Click "Subdomains", click “Add subdomain”.
  3. Add the "subdomain name" - the brand name.
  4. Add the "subdomain" - the URL for your Tenant Connect® portal.
  5. Add the default support number, email, and rental site URL - used on the Tenant Connect® portal only if no information is saved for these items within your facility management software.
  6. Click "Submit".

To customize Branding for the Tenant Connect® portal:

  1. Click "Branding".
  2. Upload a brand logo in JPEG or PNG format.
  3. Select the brand hex colors for the banner.
  4. Upload a favicon logo in JPEG or PNG format.
  5. Select the brand hex colors for the buttons.
  6. Select a page banner style.

To enroll facilities in the subdomain:

  1. Click "Facilities".
  2. From the list of facilities, select the checkbox next to the facility to be enrolled in the subdomain. These can be adjusted at any time in the "Facilities" tab.
  3. Click "Submit".

Congratulations! The facility is now available on Tenant Connect®!
