Transfer a Facility & Retain the Company

To retain your company and transfer ONE facility to another entity:

1. The purchaser will need to create an account with DaVinci Lock®. If the purchaser already has a DaVinci Lock® account, skip to step 2.
2. The seller will sign in to their DaVinci Lock® account.
3. Click “Facilities”, locate the facility to be transferred.
4. Select the Edit Facility pencil icon in the Actions column. 

     5. Click “Transfer Facility”.

     6. Add the email address associated with the purchasing entity's DaVinci Lock® owner account.

     7. Click “Submit” to initiate the transfer process.

     8. The purchaser will receive an email with steps to accept or decline the transfer request.
