What is the warranty, refund, and replacement policy?

DaVinci Lock® has a 1-year warranty on locks, subject to terms and conditions. Any physical damage to the lock voids the warranty. You may return your locks or other equipment within 30 days for a refund or replacement with the exception that once the locks have been activated for use, they are no longer eligible for return. All defective locks will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the case of a defect, we will evaluate the lock to determine if a replacement is required. Locks that have not been activated after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate the warranty, refund, or replacement process, email the support team at support@davincilock.com with the lock serial code, a photo of the lock, a description of the issue, and the company/facility information. For defective locks or if you received the wrong item, a return shipping label may be provided along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receipt and inspection, we will confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to your bank's processing period.
