      DaVinci Lock® Plus+: Subscription Plans

      Effective January 30, 2024, we introduced a tiered, paid subscription model that unlocks enhanced features and exclusive benefits for your facilities. Use the links below to explore each tier and our exciting new offerings.

      DaVinci Lock® Basic: For $10 per facility per month, the signature Basic tier unlocks integration with your facility management software, enabling automated tenant unit access with automatic SMS and email communication.

      • Integration with your preferred facility management software (FMS)
      • Automated tenant unit access in the DaVinci Lock® web + mobile app
        • Text & email notifications sent directly to tenants with unlock codes
      • Notifications sent for overlocked units, vacant units (for online rentals), and general use
      • Mobile app access
        • Serial code scanning

      DaVinci Lock® Plus+: For $50 per facility per month, the Plus+ tier includes all Basic features plus Text-to-Release, Advanced Reporting and Analytics, customized access and lock options, and discounts on new lock purchases. Tenants also gain access to Tenant Connect- the one-stop solution for tenants.

      • Tenant Connect
        • One-stop solution for tenants to rent units, make monthly payments, gain access to their gate + unit, and move out independently
      • Text-to-Release
        • Tenants can text their lock serial code to a designated phone number and receive their unlock code to remove their lock or if delinquent, can receive a link to their payment portal
        • Custom messaging capabilities to personalize all communication
      • Customized text and email notifications to tenants
        • Ability to send custom messaging to tenants upon payment of a delinquent balance or new rental
      • Custom user roles
      • Advanced analytics and reporting
        • Lock combination view- reporting on which users viewed unlock codes for locks in the tenant using lock and assigned auction statuses 
        • Auto-notifier- reporting on notifications sent to tenants via SMS and email, including delivery status, lock details, and facility information.
      • Bulk uploading locks to your DaVinci Lock® company account
      • Discounts on new lock purchases
        • Pricing of $9.90 per lock ($13.90 per lock if not on Plus+)

      DaVinci Lock® Premium: For $100 per facility per month, and designed for operators ready to use a DaVinci Lock® on all units and fully automate their tenant access, the Premium tier includes all Basic and Plus+ features in addition to dedicated customer support and onboarding specialists, advanced partner integrations, and the largest discount on lock purchases.

      • Dedicated onboarding specialist to support the rollout of your subscription at all properties
      • Dedicated customer service team to prioritize issues and support
      • Advanced integration connectivity for 3rd party applications
      • Bulk uploading locks to your DaVinci Lock® facility
      • Discounts on new lock purchases
        • Pricing of $5.90 per lock ($13.90 per lock if not on Premium)
