      Customize Notifications

      With a Plus+ or Premium subscription, the DaVinci Lock® portal enables customization of two types of tenant notifications- notifications sent after payment for delinquent balance or new move-in, and Text-to-Release notifications. These notifications can also be turned off by toggling the sliders for "SMS Message" and "Email Message". Tenants can also opt out of DaVinci Lock® notifications at any time by replying “STOP” to an SMS or modifying their preferences found at the close of the email. Tenants who opt-out will not receive automated notifications with combination(s). 

      To customize automated notifications:

      1. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
      2. Click "Automations”, navigate to the "Messages" tab.

      3. Select the type of message to be customized- Delinquent Bill or New Move-In. 

      4. Within each, toggle on or off the type of message to be sent to tenants- SMS Message or Email Message. Each type can be enabled and customized independently of each other and the customization process for both is the same. Customizations apply to all facilities within the company account.

      5. If toggled on, navigate to the corresponding tab for each notification type. Use the "Customize" field to write messaging that will be sent to tenants. Use the company name, facility name, and insert unlock code options to insert details specific to the tenant. Customizations apply to all facilities within the company account.

      6. Preview for accuracy and click "Save Changes".
