If an icon appears as unavailable in your DaVinci Lock® portal, this may be due one of the following restrictions:
- User role
- Subscription tier
- Browser cache or cookies issue. See steps below.
For Google Chrome users:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click “More”.
- Click “More Tools” > “Clear Browsing Data”.
- At the top, select a time range. To delete everything, select “All time”.
- Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
- Click “Clear data”.
- You may need to restart your computer if this does not solve the issue.
For Safari users:
- On your computer, open Safari.
- At the top left, click "Safari" > "Preferences".
- Click "Privacy" > "Manage Website Data".
- Locate the website data you would like to clear and click "Remove". To delete everything, click "Removal All".
- Click "Done".
- You may need to restart your computer if this does not solve the issue.
