Why can't I access certain features in the DaVinci Lock® Portal?

If an icon appears as unavailable in your DaVinci Lock® portal, this may be due one of the following restrictions:

  1. User role
  2. Subscription tier
  3. Browser cache or cookies issue. See steps below.

For Google Chrome users:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click “More”.
  3. Click “More Tools” > “Clear Browsing Data”.
  4. At the top, select a time range. To delete everything, select “All time”.
  5. Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
  6. Click “Clear data”.
  7. You may need to restart your computer if this does not solve the issue.

For Safari users:

  1. On your computer, open Safari.
  2. At the top left, click "Safari" > "Preferences".
  3. Click "Privacy" > "Manage Website Data".
  4. Locate the website data you would like to clear and click "Remove". To delete everything, click "Removal All".
  5. Click "Done".
  6. You may need to restart your computer if this does not solve the issue.
