What types of notifications do tenants receive?

Tenant notifications are determined by the facility management software (FMS) and subscription tier of the DaVinci Lock® account. All subscription tiers include automated SMS and email notifications when integrated with an FMS. For additional information on tenant notifications, review the delinquency and new rental resources. Enrollment in a Plus+ or Premium subscription allows for the customization of tenant notifications and enables tenants to retrieve combination(s) via the Text-to-Release feature, if enabled. 

Integration with storEDGE, SiteLink, Easy Storage Solutions, Web Self Storage, Hummingbird, Self Storage Manager Legacy, and Self Storage Manager Cloud enable the tenant SMS and email notifications below. When Integrated with DoorSwap and 6Storage, tenant notifications are sent directly from the FMS provider.
